In case you contact us via email, we will collect your personal data only to the extent necessary to give you an answer: name, surname, contact details (e-mail address, telephone number if a call back is required), preferred language. In certain cases, country of residence and nationality are also mandatory.

Who has access to your information/who is disclosed to?

Only restricted staff of the partnership have access to your data. They signed a contract which legally binds them to comply with applicable legislation on the protection and processing of personal data, and more specifically with Regulation (EC) No 45/2001. As far as we need them to prove our activities they will be forwarded to the European Commission.

Access to your personal data

You have no direct access to the data stored in our server. If you wish to modify or delete your personal data, or want to know what personal data is stored on your behalf, please send a message to the project coordinator or your national partner organisation. You will receive a reply within 15 working days.

How long is your data kept?

All personal data received and stored are erased 10 years after the end of the project.

How do we protect and safeguard your information?

The collected personal data and all information related to the above-mentioned consultation is stored on a computer of the external subcontractor as described above, acting as processor, who has to guarantee the data protection and confidentiality required by the Regulation (EC) 45/2001.
